Good Stories

Are Courageous

3

Our mission is to create emotionally engaging narratives that connect, motivate and deliver measurable impact

We work hard at finding the heart of a story. Having the courage to be vulnerable makes a story more believable. We all stumble, and fall, but what we learn from it reveals true character and creates a bond that lasts. The courage to be real create’s the human-to-human connection that makes good stories so powerful and timeless. While facts and dates are important, above all we believe without emotion and truth it’s not a story. We want our audience to feel and to help our clients deepen relationships with those who matter most.

While insight, awareness and perspective elevate our artistry, process and discipline refine our craft. We do the homework to inform our artistic side. We pay attention to details and find a personal connection, because that’s what distinguishes a memorable story from a forgettable one. Our process includes taking time to listen and discovering truth in balance with aspiration. It’s all too common to tell people how to think and feel and to control what they see, that’s propaganda, but the power of story comes from the courage to reveal who you really are.

In the end, we believe good stories connect us on a deeper level, humanizing and inspiring people to act through compassion, service and hope. Good stories have the power to break through the “us and them” perspective and bond people with common values to co-create a better world and to better understand the world we live in. Unforgettable storytelling creates impact elevates the human experience. That’s why we love storytelling. That’s why everyday we try to live up to our name, Good Stories.

We strengthen brand conversations and move people into action

Good Stories creates fundraising documentary for wounded veterans

Liberty Lodge started as an idea of Kevin Workman, an Iraq war veteran with PTSD from an IED explosion, who suffered daily until he started giving back. By bringing other vets with PTSD to his upstate New York lodge, sharing their stories and taking them out into nature, he was able to find healing and offer it to others. Kevin’s story and his compassion changed lives.
As Kevin wanted to offer it to more veterans with PTSD, he reached out to help find funding. Stories have an amazing ability to help heal when they are shared, allowing for the pain and emotions to be released and can also help inspire people to action. Kevin’s story touched the hearts of many and our work on this video helped provide Liberty Lodge with the funds they needed to continue on their healing mission. Let us tell your story of healing and help you create an impact that changes your future.
